Due to all items being personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or an error on our part), please contact us via email within 24 business hours of receiving your item. Your email must include photo evidence of the issue so we can properly review the claim.

If a refund is approved, the item(s) must be returned to the provided return address within 7 business days of approval. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

All items are made to order. Our current processing turnaround time is 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and all major holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are typically shipped by the 14th business day.

If any delays occur beyond this timeframe, we will contact you immediately using the information provided at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking details, please feel free to contact us via email and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Each purchase includes up to two (2) mockups as needed or upon request. Any additional mockups beyond the initial two will incur a $3 fee per mockup.

Once a mockup has been created and sent, the customer must respond within five (5) business days. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the order being canceled and refunded.

Once a mockup is approved, no further changes may be made. Cancellations or refunds will not be issued after mockup approval, as the order will move forward into production.
